Anvel::Vehicles::Motor::GetNominalWheelSpeed clarification

Description of this function says: Get "Nominal" wheel speed, based on "Rated Speed" of motor and gearing.
To me, this is not clear. How is nominal wheel speed defined? What is rated speed?

Thanks for your question. This function was originally designed with electric motors in mind, where the rated speed is the essentially the maximum speed at which the motor can operate consistently (with higher speeds potentially damaging the motor). Thus, the nominal wheel speed is the rotation rate of the wheel in the current gear ratio taking in to account the motor's rated speed.
That being said, this isn't very useful for internal combustion motors.
